Whether it be via text, phone, our property management software and email there is a way to get in contact with a member of our staff. Along with communication we make sure we always have several maintenance vendors available when an emergency arise. It is an ongoing process of screening our maintenance vendors in order to ensure the best possible fit for all parties involved.

Our main office is located on Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn Heights and we also maintain an office in Forest Hills, Queens. This gives us the capabilities of reaching the properties we manage efficiently.
